Referral Fee Disclosure

This disclosure form acts as confirmation of fees, commission payments or other benefits that we may receive from third-party service providers for recommending, arranging, administrating, and managing such services.

We act in your best interests by only recommending services that will enhance and aid our primary service. These fees, commission payments or other benefits do not alter the retail price you typically pay for these products/services.

Whilst we offer these services as we believe you may benefit from them, you are under no obligation to use them. Before accepting any third parties’ terms and conditions, you should consider your options. Any agreed payments are only received upon the successful completion of the business service provided.

The fees quoted below are exclusive of VAT.

Conveyancing

We work with a number of conveyancing partners who provide traditional and digital conveyancing. On some completed transactions, they pay referral fees to us from their marketing budgets so that any referral fee is not an additional cost to you. Referral fees range (depending upon the firm chosen and the property value) between £100.00 – £400.00 per case. Full details of any referral payment will be confirmed within the Client Care Letter of the chosen panel member.

Mortgages

We work with a number of mortgage advisors who are local independent financial advisor firms. On some completed transactions, they pay referral fees to us from their marketing budgets so that any referral fee is not an additional cost to you. Referral fees range (depending upon the firm chosen, the property value and services you choose to instruct) between £50.00 – £250.00 per case. Full details of any referral payment will be confirmed within the Client Care Letter of the chosen panel member.

Auctions

We offer an auction service which is operated by IAM Sold Ltd. Should you accept the auction services, and a sale of your property is agreed via the auction, we will receive 50% of the buyer’s reservation fee. In addition, the individual agent will receive high street vouchers to the value of £100.00 for the instruction.

Surveys

We work with a number of surveyors. On some completed survey transactions, they pay referral fees to us from their marketing budgets so that any referral fee is not an additional cost to you. Referral fees range (depending upon the firm chosen, survey type and the property value) between £25.00 – £75.00. Full details of any referral payment will be confirmed within the Client Care Letter of the chosen panel member.

EPCs

We work with a number of Energy Assessors. On some completed survey transactions, they pay referral fees to us from their marketing budgets so that any referral fee is not an additional cost to you. Referral fees range (depending upon the firm chosen) between £25.00 – £35.00. Full details of any referral payment will be confirmed within the Client Care Letter of the chosen panel member.

Utilities

For rental properties, we offer a utility and void period management system. We also provide a switch service for various suppliers. This aids the smooth transition of services between tenancies for both landlords and tenants and covers costs for any void periods. We may receive a commission payment between £10.00 – £20.00 for assisting with this process.
